Michael served as the senior marketing executive for one of the largest Internet service providers in the Rocky Mountain West with over $50 million in annual revenue. During his tenure, the company was one of the first to roll-out many leading edge technologies, including DSL and IP Telephony. In addition, Michael served as the senior marketing executive for one of the industry's leading contingent workforce management software companies, which has led the way in terms of venture capital investment and Fortune 100 company customer acquisition. Prior to Michael's work in the technology field, he produced/promoted some of the most prestigious special events to take place in the country, including the G7 World Leaders Conference and the World Youth Day Papal visit of 1993. Michael has an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management, and serves as an adjunct professor for many Denver area colleges and universities.

Ken has been employed in the software development field for over 25 years. During that time, he co-founded two leading-edge web-based software companies, and directed the design, development, and deployment of several commercial software products and services. Ken spearheaded the development of leading-edge portal technology for one the premier Internet services companies of the late 1990s and is recognized as a pioneer in developing search engine technology. Ken is proficient in a variety of technologies including Microsoft developer tools (i.e. Visual C++, C, SQL Server, XML), C++, C, MySQL, HTML, and Perl for both desktop systems (Windows) and web servers (Linux & Windows). Ken has a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
